Welcome to the website of ’t schrijverke, publisher of small books
of small  poems – and doing some other things besides

 ’t schrijverke started as a small scale publisher of haiku volumes. Now a lot more is happening, but the common subject still is haiku: the smallest poem, originating in Japan. The first goal we have is to nourish attention for and knowledge of haiku. Another is to preserve haiku publications that already have come about. And a third one is the international exchange of knowledge, vision and developments with regard to haiku. All this is primarily being done as a hobby, but aiming at a certain degree of professionalism.
